What is SHIDO-JUKU？

SHIDO-JUKU is a group of Samurai performers, martial artists, and actors.

We’ve been in a variety of TV shows and movies playing Japanese samurai warriors,
and also have performed on stage. 

In addition, we provide lessons on being a Samurai and obtaining the Samurai spirit in one’s mind.

Our specialties are samurai sword fighting and traditional sword handling.

Hands-on Samurai Experience

 You have the opportunity to receive hands-on experience being a Samurai and understanding
the Samurai spirit which is deeply rooted in our collective soul. 

We will show you how to weara traditional Samurai outfit, learn traditional manners,
and also how to handle a sword. If you wish, we will show you an authentic
Samurai sword and give you a demonstration with it.

・         Courses are held at our location. 
However, if you prefer preparing another place for us, it may be possible to go there..

・         The minimum number of participants for course is two (2).

・         Participants should be 13 years old and up.

・         Booking in advance is required.  Please make a reservation by emailing us.

・          3 day prior cancellation is required, if necessary.

・         Please pay by cash (Japanese yen).
